Not a terrible place to live although rent in the 1400's is really high for college students, especially when you need to pay extra for parking and laundry. Taking the bus to campus in the winter is a nice perk. Nice little walk in the summer. Neighbors are okay, they sometimes get loud. Apts are secure, no major complaints other than the price you pay and often not having a properly plowed parking lot.
