Received a bad haircut on January 2nd. Showed picture of side swept bangs, instead I get half a blunt bang that's uneven and too short looks like a hack job. Very dissatisfied. Terrible way to start the new year. My prior experiences were great and have been a loyal customer for years but after this particular cut I may not go back. I politely mentioned it being uneven and not what I wanted but nothing was done to rectify situation. I still payed for my cut and left. Thank you for your comment but I won't be back for a cut. I specifically asked to not be blunt cut and all layers in back so uneven. Went to a new place & will need a series of corrections over next few months. Money down the drain. I was ignored when I contacted customer support for a refund.

Everytime I go, they mess up a bit on my hair. Sometimes they fix it but this time they got mad and made it worse. I refused to pay the full amount, and they even charged more than before. I only paid 1 or 2 dollars less than the overcharged amount. They continued threatened me with calling the cops. They are lucky I paid anything. I would not recommend this place. I have been to better supercuts, but this one has very unprofessional workers.
