AWESOME. I'd never go anywhere else. First auto service center I completely trust. Honest and back up their work. They also don't add on work that doesn't really need to be done. Very reasonably priced and will let you know upfront. Great small business to support!

I recently bought a new car, and had some customizations and work done on it. It was my first time, and I was completely impressed with every aspect. The customer service was great, the work was great – and fast! And the prices were completely reasonable. My only regret, is that I did not know of Syracuse Auto Works when I first moved to Syracuse. This will without doubt be my only go-to for all auto advice and mechanical work, and I have already recommended them to friends and family.
