Dr Martin and her crew are always kind, considerate, and caring to me. From the front desk to the hygienist, the staff are attentive to my needs and offer tips and education on how I can can take care of my dental needs between visits. The entire staff’s professionalism is steadfast and they have demonstrated that by treating all patients the same. “My dentist for life”!!

Dr. Martin and her team are courteous, compassionate, and knowledgeable. The office is comfortable, and the dental rooms are impeccably clean. I am a dad of 6 kids. So life itself is busy. We are a very close family. I and the family have been dental patients at Syracuse Smiles for over 5 years. The people who work in this facility are very smart, caring, sensitive, understanding, and fun loving individuals. I've had the opportunity to get to know each person who works or has worked as interns, assistants, front end , and the one and only Mrs. Bernadine Martin. I and the family love this facility and the people in it. They've been very flexible with scheduling for my family and I. Theres never long waits and the craftsmanship of the procedure are state of the art. Hey, I hate needles to the upmost demise. Kids and I dont even feel it.
