They are not responsive at all. I have called them more than ten times for a claim and they just wasted my time by transferring me from one person to another.
If I could give them no stars I would. Ms. Brenda Shirley, agent in charge of my account, has made thousands of dollars in errors on it. She bears no responsibility for her inept performance, and the financial liability she creates from her carelessness and ignorance is instead foisted upon her clients, in this case me. Because others pay for her gross negligence, she herself has no incentive to improve, which is why she continues to provide me with absolutely no accounting of my case other than the deductions she capriciously makes. And because this is a workmen's compensation claim I cannot simply take my claim elsewhere. have no recourse but to file a complaint with the NYS Department of Financial Services, which I have done as of the date hereof, both against Ms Shirley and her supervisor, Mr. Paul Edgar.
