One of our favorite spots in all of Syracuse, we love everything we try from The Sweet Praxis! Their croissants (both vegan and not) are incredible! We really enjoy their donuts, their cookie creations and how they’re always doing something fun for every holiday. And WOW that passionfruit tart (pictured). They offer both vegan and non-vegan treats, so there’s something for everyone. Not to mention the staff and owners are extremely kind and always helpful. Can’t recommend Sweet Praxis enough!

Absolutely love this place! The staff are always friendly and helpful and I appreciate how many vegan options they have. I recently had the vegan breakfast sandwich and it was AMAZING!
We ordered a Valentine's Day Bou-cake - it was the best cake I've ever had, and beautiful too! Certainly worth every penny and I can't wait to have more of their treats.
Masters of their craft. Delicious. Got a donut, frenchiest toast, bacon quiche and oat latte's. Everything was better than expected. Will be returning
I ordered a wedding tasting box from The Sweet Praxis and it was finished exactly when it was supposed to be. I ordered the GF/vegan box for my sensitive stomach. Honestly I’m not familiar with vegan food but I couldn’t really tell. The buttercream was still delicious and not too rich. Out of the sampler my favorites were the Champagne Vanilla and the Salted Caramel. We also purchased some macarons because they were so pretty. The bakery customer service was fabulous upon arrival to the very busy store and we will certainly come back!
Macarons were a huge disappointment. Over sweet, with a thick, dry-sh paste-like filling. Compared to those from Wegmans, much more expensive, and much less airy and mouth watering.
I placed an order online for my son's birthday on Tuesday, Feb 16. As required on their website, the order was placed at least 72 hours prior and the website clearly stated that deliveries were only possible on Saturday. After paying for the order, I received a call stating that they were not taking orders due to Valentine's Day (Feb 14th). The employee argued that it was stated on their website and that the online system was not set to decline orders. Their online service processed my order and no where on their website was it mentioned that they were no longer taking orders. My card was processed for the amount and I have to wait for a refund to be completed. Even more frustrating, the employee was cold and never even apologized for the confusion. She only piled up excuses. Not the best experience with this bakery and that's only customer service.
Sweet Praxis is a weekend tradition for us now. Delicious coffee and pastries, and a lot of vegan/non-dairy options. We love them!
