After contacting customer service they took care of the problem and did a good quality job with the installation with the carpet. My parents are happy with the adjustments. We are pleased with Tile and Carpet's process of fixing the issue. There was no hassle or run around. They just made it right. Old Review - 2 stars The Carpet looks nice, but the quality of work is poor. I am a master’s student, visiting my folks, and when I first saw the carpet in the basement, I liked it a lot, as it matched the basement well. My parents told me that the carpet was installed about three weeks ago. They were waiting on the survey to review the product and how the installation went but never received any survey or a follow up from the company. The contractor that was sent out by the company did not do an excellent job at all. It is easy to see where the carpet was split in the middle of the floor. By all the doorways, one better wear shoes (which would be a first in my parent’s house) as the chance of one stepping on a nail/tack is very high. The chance of calling this company back is doubtful.
