The bubble tea is delicious but a lot of the staff seems to have poor hygiene. They’re sweaty and under their nails is all dirt and it’s disgusting. This wouldn’t be a problem if they were wearing gloves but they are not. You’d think they would have gloves on 1) Bc they are preparing beverages for people and 2) we are in a pandemic. Besides that the mixed fruit fantasy and super grapefruit fantasy teas are awesome

Very fresh tea I got the Golden Oolong King with bubbles. It’s not too sweet and very refreshing. Next time I will order one of their new Brulee options!
My daughter and I drove to the mall once a week (ok sometimes more) just for UTea! 10 out of 10 and the staff is friendly and clean! We are highly addicted
The bubble milk tea is so yummy! The cup it's served in is also really lovely quality and can easily be reused. Definitely glad I stopped in here.
Honestly I’d never had bubble tea before coming here. The staff helped me pick a drink out and I loved it! I’m officially addicted. 10/10 would drink again!
SO CUTE!!!! I was so uncomfortably hot and looking for something cool. I’m a big bubble tea fan, and I wanted my boyfriend to try. The manager was so patient; (I couldn’t decide what I wanted.) my drink was made super fast and was absolutely delicious! Clean, fresh and super friendly service!
Amazing!! I had their mango cheezo, and it was super refreshing after a long walk in the mall! Their drinks are a must try, and it's a super cute place!
Their boba is the best! The staff are all really friendly and really good at making drinks. I ordered the taro brûlée and it was the BEST I’ve had in SO long. A must try if you’re a lover of boba!
