I had great experience here on Tuesday Night)) had appointment for 20:30 got here at 18:50 start unloading at 19:50, done unloading 20:15(full trailer) Got paperwork at 20:20 ladies at the office are very polite. I really appreciate the great experience thank you ladies and gentlemen
Seems like The Drivers Who Give Good Reviews are own or paid ones. I have Checked in 3 hours early than my app They gave me door. Now its 4 hours they have not started yet. I Have posted My E-Log Too So you can see how long i have been waiting To Get Unloaded. So i went in and ask the lady was Busy with her Mobile phone not trying to talk aft asking she said you show up early & we have been changing shifts .lol seriously all Of you Changing Shifts for 4 hours And its now 1 hour later than my app they still not started unloading . Over all Bad Experience Actually they were Just loading unloading their own trucks. Only 2 trucks are here rest all their Their local delivery ones
Super nice people, street parking available to spend the night, my appointment was 10:30 I checked in 8 and they gave me a dock right away and started loading at 8:25
At this location, pull through gate, turn right, pull straight ahead and park. Check in, if arriving earlier than your scheduled appointment, they will have you park at end of lot. They will call you when they have an open dock.
United States cold storage is very nice and the office staffs are awesome and Ariel and Jen help me with professional and respectful to the truck drivers and they unloaded me very prompt and workers are very helpful and friendly to us truck drivers
First time here, nice place, still under construction tho.. My only problem is, they took to long loading me. Appointment was for 1500, checked in at 1440. They didn't start loading until 1730. I don't know why shippers & receivers think we like to spend all our time in their docks...
