I have known Venus for almost a year and she has done an amazing job every time I went to her for my hair. She’s always so polite and respectful and easy to conversation with. I just love going to her salon. The people, the atmosphere and the work done is the best in Syracuse, even better than the expensive top salon in Chicago that I’ve been to! I recommend her to everyone and will never go anywhere else to have my hair done. I see a few bad reviews on here but they are the complete opposite of what I’ve experienced and how I’ve seen her act towards other customers. She is always accommodating and professional with everyone. If I ever move out of Syracuse, I will fly back just to get my hair done by her!

My teen daughter and I have been coming to Venus for several years now for cuts, coloring and styling. I trust her completely to advise on what is safe and healthy for our hair, especially my daughters ever changing colors! She is both professional and incredibly friendly and upbeat. I recommend her absolutely 100%. She’s the best!
