Great place to get a demonstration of the current recipes and cooking techniques of many of Wegmans current and past Menu dishes. Convenient during your trip to the NYS to stop in and see some of the Wegmans chefs prepare some of your favorite dishes. Located inside the Home and Arts building on the lower floor.
