I walked in and payed my fees and a new membership, then went to play basketball. I wasn't playing with a mask on, but when they asked me too I put it on I did so. As I was leaving they said they are banning me untill the 21st. So they charged my card and then banned me the same day.

Tried to get in touch with account management over the phone for 5 hours about an account autopay issue. The front desk was on point, but account management did not answer their phone nor did they return my call. Thumbs Down.

Really nice facility. Plenty of exercise options. Pool is nice and clean. Can get a little to warm though. Added benefit of being able to go to any of the other Y's in the area
