Steve started out very nice until he didn't get his way, then look out! They will not budge and clearly have more options than your one boat to show people. There was NO WORK or EFFORT. Clearly he had other boats to sell. Wouldn't let me counter. Huge attitude.The concern is the sale #1 customer #2. Not a good experience at SYS Yacht Sales. #sysyachtsalesbeware

Robert Angel, was our yacht salesman, from the very beginning he far exceeded our expectation's. His approach was one of information and willingness to assist us in our search. He made every effort to accommodate us in showing us the yacht as well as providing information. Never did he undermine other boats or other brokerages. His diligence continued through out, the survey and acceptance of the vessel. He has been a huge asset in providing quality trade references to assist us in necessary preparation's for transport of the yacht to our home port. As well being available meet and give trades access to complete the work we've scheduled. I am pleased to recommend Robert Angel with SYS, you won't be disappointed, he is an exceptional individual to work with!

I normally do not submit reviews but had to make an exception in this case. Doug Mashke Sr. has been an outstanding advisor for us as we progressed through the process of purchasing a yacht. As a salesperson, there was no pressure even though we took 2 years to decide what we really wanted. Doug patiently helped us through that journey in a way others do not. We are very pleased with our ultimate decision and can comfortably recommend Doug to anyone going though this process. By the way, we closed a month ago and he is still helping out whenever we need something!

We used SYS Yacht Sales to sell our 56’ Carver Voyager. Alex Rowe was amazing! We are new to Sarasota so Alex coordinated necessary repairs to the boat to get it ready to list. At one point Alex spent a couple hours getting greasy helping with repairs! He then helped us stage the boat and hired a photographer to take photos and drone video. We had our first offer within a week!! Throughout the process Alex always made himself available to answer questions and handle issues. During the inspection process Alex was a firm negotiator which saved us thousands of dollars. Alex is very knowledgeable and truly goes above and beyond. Thanks Alex!
