I've just received my X5 from Lee and Lewis at Sytner Newport. To be fair, I asked alot of the guys and nothing was too much trouble. Lee went above and beyond to make sure that my experience was a good one and his after care is second to none. I live near Birmingham at the moment and I'll be making the journey to use Sytner Newport again! Highly recommended. Thanks gents.

My husband has asked me to post following the excellent service he has received from BMW generally, but specifically from the Service Centre at Sytner Newport. He needed a valve replaced which was confirmed by another garage but they couldn’t do it for at least 2 weeks and advised not to drive the car in the meantime. He had never used a Main dealer before as he believed them to be ‘overpriced’ but was prepared to pay more if the car could be repaired sooner as he needed it for work. Hannah booked the vehicle in for him immediately, and the price quoted was less than the garage had quoted. He turned up yesterday morning, received a friendly welcome and the Covid related handover was seamless. Less than 2 hours later, we received a message to say the vehicle was ready. Again, the collection was easy and the staff were very friendly and professional. The car had even had a mini safety check, with a printout of any advisories. Needless to say, he will be using BMW going forward!
