I recently bought a second hand Ford Mustang from Sytner BMW in Tamworth. The all round customer service from beginning to end was first class (Nick Bailey was my sales executive). Very helpful and good attention to detail. The click & collect service that I used to take delivery of the car was also very efficient and effective. Thank you Sytner, I am certainly one very satisfied customer.

Been to many dealerships (10 in 8 years) and this was one of, if not the best experience we have had. Firstly the dealership itself was very impressive; extensive, clean & modern. They offered a competitive price for a part exchange, were quick to get back to me with all my questions, paperwork etc. & got the car ready for the day I wanted to collect on short notice. It was also the friendliest of places, with the salesman (Paul P) going above and beyond to help without complaining. Had one hiccup, when something was missing from the vehicle, which the previous owner should have left, but the dealership sorted this at there expensive. Would definitely recommend Sytner Tamworth BMW. Really appreciate the service and Paul made it a pleasure doing the deal, thank you.

Better late than never... Sorry for delay in this review.. I bought my BMW from Daniel Walker who was First class, thank you Dan, I bought the car unseen over the phone / email and they didn't fail to deliver, very good service cant fault them.. Also the Covid measures Tamworth have put in place are outstanding, my wife and I felt completely safe and welcome.

Fantastic site. Picked up new car from there today and staff were amazing. Very warm welcome when entering, offered drinks and any help. Huge inside and a pleasure to attend. Social distancing not an issue here as all relevant prep has been done and as its such a lathe place they have the luxury to use it wisely.
