I wanted to like Szechuan so much. The food visually looked good. I ordered the Mongolian beef, orange chicken, and egg drop soup. Typically you can’t go wrong with these plates. My experience was not 5 stars. The food lacked taste and was very soupy-like. Too much sauce. The Mongolian beef lacked seasoning and was mushy because of too much sauce. The orange chicken was disappointing because it too, was drenched in sauce and lacked flavor. All in all, bland taste, decent pricing, and the only highlight was the service was wonderful and they’re quick.

This picture is only half my portion that I got yesterday! I love the orange chicken. The meat is always so moist, the rice is not dry and the veggies fresh!! If we get delivery its pipping hot when we get it!! Portions are huge! Our favorite place to eat!

I always hesitate to leave \bad\ reviews because I know there are probably hard working folks behind the scenes trying their best to make a living, but I was really disappointed with this one. I'm visiting from out of town and was looking for some good food one night. I ordered hot and sour soup (a solid offering), fried dumplings, General Tsao's Chicken with fried rice, and an egg roll. The dumplings were disgusting. They were so dry and overcooked I couldn't physically eat them because they were too hard. The fried rice was tasteless. It's was only egg fried, with no noticible onion or other flavor giving ingredients. The Chicken was not like any General Tsao's I've had. It was more like soggy dark sauce sweet and sour with broccoli. The egg role was spring roll sized, and had an odd flavor (beef instead of pork). I threw away a lot of food. The only thing that salvaged the meal was the soup. I gave them 2 stars because they were fast and friendly, but I would not recommend to anyone.

The food is always consistently good. There is currently no dine in, everything is pick up. The quality and taste is always there. It is definitely authentic. They take good care in terms of cleanliness and only allow one person in at a time for pick up. Probably a good business model on how to handle food take out during a period of a pandemic. The staff is friendly. Food is usually ready within 10 minutes. If you're looking for good Chinese takeout, I highly recommend.
