The app provides patients with easy and managed access to their care provider through text, audio and video e-visits. In addition, the ehealth platform allows you to take full advantage of health data from home health monitors and health wearables for proactive care management. The collected data is processed in a proprietary software (AI, deep & machine learning algorithm) which also has other inputs such as total medical history of the patient, medical history of ancestors, genetic data, lifestyle and drug use information, and real-time data from a wearable device that tracks important physiological or mental signs 24/7. The software calculates individual risks of developing diseases based on the combination of these inputs and suggests further diagnostic checks, consultations if necessary.
