Robbers. Avoid. They don't tell the price on the phone. When you call a technician, he will come without proper tools, just to see the situation and charge you 37 just to visit you, even without touching anything with a finger. He may will tell you wrong price. And next technician will come, and tell you 20 times higher price, but you can't deny it, otherwise you will pay another 37 for his visit! ROBBERS!

Very disapointed with their client service. There is no way to know the price in advance by phone, only the price of tecnician visit. The tecnician came without needed equipment although we talk to oncall person about what kind of problem we have with pipes (clogged sewer). This technician called another one, who came and announced about 300 for 15minute job, and if we refuse, again wanted 37 from us just for the visit. It is very bad customer treatment. Because this is not our fault that their emploee came without needed equiment and oncall person can't tell us even the aproximate price by phone. Why we shoud pay twice?
O meu vizinho, que nao tem acesso à net, contratou. Péssimo servico, muito caro, muito sujos. My neighbor who doesn't have internet hired them. Awful service, too expansive, not clean.
Ladrões. Eles não mencionam o preço no telefone e enviam um técnico sem as ferramentas adequadas. Então você tem que pagar a visita sem fazer nada. Ladrões.
