I was very happy with my last 2 days spent here. (Friday,Saturday) It was so busy. Nice to see familiar staff, Giovano at the front desk. He is always so nice. Its brand new, and in better location. It is different than old location. Great job and congrats on the new place. See you soon. Highly recommend. 5 stars

I confess that I did not like the vertical format, distributed over several floors, a matter of taste. clean place, good bar service. it doesn't have the thoughtful atmosphere of the old house.

Brand new facility purpose built for an amazing afternoon or evening in Sao Paulo. Very clean and very modern styling however the venue is over four floors, with a fairly small footprint so can feel a little cramped compared to the old Thernas Lagoa whixh was located very far from the touristic area of Paulista Avenue. The relocation and modernization of this Thermas is very welcomed. The boys (yes money boys) continue not to disappoint and are very friendly and respectful even if you don't take them up on their offer of service. They are more than happy to let you take a peek at their gigantic tools - and I mean gigantic! Fairly priced entry but just watch costs when adding drinks and cabin rental as it can quickly tally up. Never had a problem with being ripped off by the staff having said that. Very transparent with receipts issued etc. Credit card accepted. Cash is only required for the boys. Will be back! Love Sao Paulo. Love Brazil. Love Espaco Lagoa.

Tive receio de ir conhecer em razão dos comentários ruins, porém resolvi arriscar e não me arrependo. O atendimento é muito cordial, o atendente do bar em especial foi muito gentil. O espaço é amplo e confortável. Senti um clima de confraternização, talvez por ser início de ano (03/01). Fui pra ver o boys, no horário que fui não haviam muitos, mas aproveitei bem.

Mudaram de endereço e deram um tiro no pé, essa nova casa é um horror, pequena, chega a ser claustrofóbica!!! A estrutura é ridícula e mau elaborada, com certeza não vai muito longe, deve fechar as portas muito em breve.Não gastem dinheiro nesse lugar!!! Furada total!!!
