Nice place for rehearsals with your band. They have more than ten rooms with nice equipment for vocals, drums, bass, keyboard and two guitars. The rates are fair, they also offer drinks and snacks.

Many rehearsal rooms containing average equipment, some rooms are bigger although more expensive but your band is power trio you may find cheap to practice it here in a small room, they also have guitar strings, drumstick and so on so forth to sell in case you need. They sell beer too, but they don't have a parking lot available.
Good location and many rooms available. You should book in advance though. Some rooms have better audio quality than others.
Good. Some of the rooms are not that great. The cost benefit is ok, though.
