Pão is not the cheapest but it offers a nice selection of items even if the shop is smaller than others. It has its own brand which is relatively good. Produce is fresh. I like it better than the French brand.

This is my favorite Pão de Açúcar market, not because it's the closest to where I live now, but because it sells goods I don't easily find on other stores of the chain.

Decent selection of products within a small space but the aisles are so narrow that it’s impossible for two carts to pass. The checkout lines are long and slow-moving.
