They took very good care of my cat, who was in a very bad shape when she arrived. Everything is very professionally treated and the doctors are very good. The place is really nice, near a forest. I'm very grateful to all the Team members, specially to Frau Furrer who had infinite patience to answer all my questions :-)

Finally it seems like we found a good vet in Bern! I highly recommend this place, do ignore the two 1 star reviews and notice that others have given full stars. The place itself is very spacious, clean, bright and modern. My dog who gets typically very anxious at vets, behaved much better there when it wasn't just a tiny dark clinic. This is more like a hospital. Furthermore, due to its size they have uncomparable facilities vs small clinics. A small sample from my dog was analyzed within 10minutes in house and a proper sample for more detailed results was taken and sent to a lab. They have more staff, large examination rooms and everything works seemlessly. Our vet, Yasminda Malik, was very professional and understanding. She was truly aiming to treat the disease and not merely the symptoms. In addition, she understood that our breed (Shiba Inu) is not the typical dog and she played by the limits set by the dog. She came across caring and passionate about her profession. Finally it feels like we have hope that our boy will get better. And that hope is all thanks to Yasminda and the DuoVet team! Thank you! We have found our vet.

Meine dreimonatige Katze wollte nicht fressen und trinken und weder mein Tierarzt noch der Notfalldienst wollten Zeit haben. Bei DUOVet erhielt ich sofort kompetente Hilfe und heute geht es Milli sehr gut. Vielen Dank!

Mein Hund musste eine Woche zur Nachbehandlung bleiben und ich konnte sie mit gutem Gewissen dort lassen. Das Team hat sich sehr gut um sie gekümmert und haben meinem Hund das Leben gerettet. Ich werde in Zukunft DuoVet immer weiter empfehlen.
