Terrible quality, chicken from spicy chicken burger hard like stone, not crispy HARD, the spicy chicken combo with trump stick, was chicken wing part and dry lying already in heater I suppose behind counter. Could be made fresh as the volume of guest at this time 3.30pm quiet low (just ask the guest to wait little, French fries not much better shui same lying for some time and reheat) I time to time eat in Lotteria, knowing standard and quality, Can Tho or Saigon, was little sceptic if I try the one from Tan An, Long An, SORRY you need to review the cooking process and your standard, supervisor in uniform was ok, but the manager girl on phone (jeans, white shirt) SORRY just being there and enjoying salary end of month, you should review her job description and duty task especially out of pick hours, to ensure to keep Lotteria standard at the top. I know not always easy, we choose to be in food business we need to ensure quality. Thanks but no see you again. I do this trip 2 to 3 time a week and 20years in Vietnam and from F&B (Food & Beverage)
