My stay here was good. Very good service. I had ordered a beer and some nuts to my room for when I arrived but there was no glass or bottle opener in the room with it, which was a bit irritating. But there was no problem going down to the reception and asking for it. There is no phone down to the reception which is completely fine as I have never used that system anyways, but thought I would let you all know. The breakfast is standard hotel breakfast with some warm food and some cold food. Very clean and well executed considering the corona situation. This hotel is also close by to everything in the town that might be interesting and the view of the bridge is good. All in all, if I come back to Tønsberg I will most likely be staying here again.

Best hotel in town ! Been here many times , aways amazing
Fast check in. Service minded staff. Room small, but clean and fresh. The bathroom door is both a door to WC and the shower. Very Good breakfast, in spite of the restaurant being almost full of guests.
The hotel its clean, the rooms are ok not to big but for one persons are perfect. Big breakfast buffet of very good quality . The location is fantastic in the middle of the city beside the river.
Awful experience at this hotel. When we checked in we was met very welcoming with good service and by a friendly man. But this was the only good experience here. The room appeared old with worn out bed and interior as the tv, bathroom and so. Not nice and not comfortable. At breakfast they had few choices (of course because covid-19 restrictions, but at another hotel we stayed, they had a big buffet and had solved it excellent), the food was not labelled and the staff couldn't answer what kind of bread it was. It was also a staff, a woman, walking around at breakfast-area and speaking with disturbing voice and volume, who talked with everybody while collecting dishes (even when she had passed by or was far away from the people she talked to she yelled at people). Can't understand why the hotel thinks this is a good idea of service to people having a calm breakfast. It was clear that the guests wanted a peaceful start to the day as we saw the negative reactions on the faces around us including ourselves. We had also booked time at the rooftop pool. Here there was rules that guest did not follow, and its ruins the experience for others that the hotel did not have staff up here to have control. Do not recommend this hotel.
Love the dessert but not my daikiri. All in all okay.
Place is nice and clean
Beautiful hotel, rooms are good and clean, really nice bar, staff is friendly and helpful. I absolutely like the style/design of everything, just liked it a lot!
