Ted & Michelle are excellent to deal with. Extremely helpful in picking out tile based on your likes and taste. No pressure applied when you are shopping their store. The bad news-we had two separate water leaks under the slab in our house. The good news-getting T&M Floors to do the re-tiling of the entire area that had the existing tile. We had looked at and brought home numerous pieces of tile but could not select one that perfectly matched the colors and furnishings that we have. Michelle was kind enough to pay a visit and the next day called to say she had found a tile from their vast collection. We are thankful to her for the visit because it turned out to be the perfect tile. We would like to thank \The Crew\ of Shane, Don, Bryant, and Joe for the outstanding job they did on the demolition and the installation of the new tile and baseboards. They showed up early every day and stayed late to get the job completed in a timely manner. They were meticulous in the installation making sure that everything met their standards of excellence. We could not be happier with the outcome and highly recommend Ted, Michelle, and the entire staff should you ever need tile or carpeting work done. Outstanding people with great customer service!! Thank you all for a most satisfying experience.

I have known t&m for many years when they first started. You couldn’t find two better people to deal with. I have been buying all my flooring needs since than. They have grown since then and now have a beautiful store with every kind of flooring you need and full line of tiles. Staff is knowledgeable and polite. Have sent many of my friends there as well as purchasing for my daughter and granddaughter. If you want good quality and good price with honest people go see t&m.

Way way WAY too pushy. My husband and I went into the store today to look and the sales lady \LURKED\ upon us the entire time. I build hotels, I know flooring, I just wanted to look. Couldn't even do that. Felt very uncomfortable. We went to another store. Sorry, but you could have gotten my business and possibly quoted a few properties for me.....but way too pushy. Sad because you were referred to me :-(
