Thomas came out and inspected my tumbledrier following an unusual humming noise. He diagnosed that the fan had warped over time. He shaved a few bits of plastic from it to prevent it rubbing against the panels as it spun. 2 days later the noise is back so I check the fan. Its cracked and has been for a while. Due to COVID-19 it takes a while to allow me to call Thomas out again. He checks the fault and says he'll order the part. 2 weeks pass and I hear nothing so I text for an update. Thomas assures me the parts ordered. 2 more weeks pass and I text again. No reply. We are now at 7 weeks and Thomas has disappeared. No explanation. If he had legitimate reasons he should at least say hes tied up, but alas nothing. Ive now decided to tackle the issue personally. For reference I ordered the part and got it in 3 days...
