Purchased a used car for our son to learn to drive in, however due to the current situation and constant lockdowns, very little used and consequently just out of warranty when we discovered an issue with the volume control on the steering wheel and an occasional knock from suspension. On returning to the dealership I did not expect much interest or help but to our surprise not at T Wall Ford dealership, what a breath of fresh air! Ray (Manager) and Simon (Service Department) were fantastic, after explaining that they would take a look and advise after inspection it was agreed that the parts would be changed at no cost, I must admit this is a first for me at a car dealership and I would fully recommend to anyone to feel safe in the knowledge of buying a used car from this dealership. Felt totally safe throughout the consultation and aftercare too. The car was also booked in and returned promptly after the work completed, what more can you ask for in a dealership!

I came across this garage quite by chance/luck and I have been so pleased. Sophie was so lovely when I first phoned about a possible car for me, I knew instantly that she was sincere and I would be well looked after. I have recently relocated from Cornwall, where we had our great garage for the last 25 years, I feel confident that we now have our 'great' garage near Kidderminster. Thank you Sophie, my Corsa is just perfect for me and my family :)
