نام این خانه، خانهٔ نیشابوری و متعلق به اواخر دورهٔ پهلوی اول می\u200cباشد. بنا دارای نمای آجری با تزیینات زنجیری در قسمت فوقانی است. حوضخانه این بنا، دارای تزیینات گچی رنگی بوده که متاسفانه بعد از مرمت، این تزیینات از بین رفته\u200cاند. این خانه برای مهد قرآن خریداری و توسط میراث فرهنگی مرمت شده است.
