You cannot bring your cellphone or other digital equipment inside the building. The staff are not very welcome; however, there aren't any alternatives. It is the only place for you to solve your passport or other related issues. The location is not good, either. There are a few parking places nearby, and I've struggled for about an hour or so to find a place to park my car. I guess it is generally a better idea not to bring your car. You may use public transport, instead.
