I always like dealing with Linda the manager but one of the girls named Sarah Redman is never pleasant! She speaks to customers like she has no idea about customer service. Unfortunately, ill never ever spend my money there again. I have had several issues with this girl. TOo bad because the store is great and the manager is amazing. I say go to Dover where customers service is their number one thing!
