Came by not knowing they are closing soon and the manager was so nice and helpful!! I believe his name is William but he definitely cares about us when he could have easily told us they are just about closed (and also the snow storm is starting) and decided to help me and my pregnant wife with our order anyway. Love seeing genuine people that still care to strive for great customer service and being helpful in times like these. Thank you William!!!

Pretty decent. The wait staff was pretty slow, even though the restaurant was at 25% capacity. Food was good. Not much else to say.
We have visited two red lobster this month and both times the service was outstanding and the steak and all you can eat shrimp was even better. The burnt Brussels sprouts are awsome. The drinks are good also.
Reduced capacity seating, was still seated right away. You can use the app to get on the wait list. Reduced menu. Biscuits still come with the meals, but salads are now side dishes. Broccoli is not on the menu anymore. Monday is endless shrimp! Try the crab cake appetizer!
I will never order from here again. Not just because they gave me a dry, burnt, nasty lobster tail, but because they were supposed to send me a gift card via email (for just the lobster), but never did. I never like lobster because of a bad experience I had with this same Red Lobster about 15 years ago, but recently started eating it and it’s always been delicious. I believed lobster was nasty because of that previous experience I had with Red Lobster, but boy was I wrong. Lobster is delicious. It’s just that this Red Lobster doesn’t know how to make it. Kinda ironic with that being their name and all. Pictures are of how it’s supposed to look and how they gave it to me. Never again Red Lobster.
