Awesome local and veteran owned gym. All the best equipment for training IPF, USAPL, Olympic and a whole other room for accessories with cables, machines, cardio and dumbells. Locker rooms, restrooms and a sauna included. Its brother gym is Tacoma Barbell Club run by the same owner and is just as amazing. Both have motivating murals and music! IG @veggie_liftz

I want to leave a 1 star... just so this place can be the hidden gem it is. The staff are friendly, they have everything you will ever need for a good grind session, and the members are all nice and respectful. This is not your \Brand New LA Fitness\, no... come here to sweat and get some gains. I will say, it would be nice if the bathroom/changing room facilities were upgraded just a tad.... Other than that... don't change a thing!

If your looking for a gym that has it all this is it. Everything you'll need for powerlifting or bodybuilding. Never overly packed and hardly anyone sitting on their phones taking up stations. Truly wonderful place.

Enjoyed this gym kinda until they randomly charged me 199 for no reason. Randomly charged me 136 so I went and asked them about it and the guy said they messed up and he’d give me a refund. Checked my account the next day and they took out another 63.. while still not refunding me other 136! Good thing I have money bc most people don’t have that kind of money just in their bank about right now. And this gym will literally try to take everything you got. Don’t come here if you’re worried about making car payments or anything bc they will make sure YOU CANT.

Literally has everything youd need for powerlifting, strongman, Oly. Plus they have some cool art on the walls so it's awesome for our family.
