Chris Chapman has so much pride in his business only the best quality meats, he is polite and funny, he and the team work so hard, his shop is spotless always cleaning, his team are friendly when I walk in I am greeted with a smile and made to feel welcome always. They carry my shopping to my car and lately Chris has been dropping my meat to my home as I am post op. He works exceptionally long hours day in day out and always manages a smile and a joke.

Amazing butchers!! Quality of the meat is outstanding!! The staff are very friendly and they always have a smile on there face and ask the customers how they are, if you live in or around the Tadworth area come here the meat will definitely not disappoint you!
I have used this butchers twice in a year. The first time I was charge 14 for 4 very average chicken breasts which is extortionate. I didn’t even realise until I returned home otherwise I would have refused. Today I gave it another try, I asked for burgers and sausages and told them I was having a bbq today (Saturday on Easter Weekend). Returned home to find I had been sold frozen burgers and paid 7.30 for the pleasure. Called to complain, as I I could not use them for the BBQ and was told that it is fine to use frozen burgers on the BBQ! They completely missed the point. I asked when they were made and was told they were made a week and a half ago. I went to a butchers to get fresh products. If I had wanted old frozen burgers I would of gone to Asda and it would of been cheaper. I was never told the burgers were frozen, they care only about their profit margins, not their customers. Will not be using them again, after speaking to neighbours today it’s apparently common knowlede locally that they overcharge for poor products, such a shame.
To be totally honest I’m questioning the previous reviews!!! Myself and partner have popped in as convenient but have been met with unfriendly staff and over priced, under par produce!!!! Example.... I usually shop at bettameat in Banstead. The guys are overly helpful and extremely friendly....... a 5k tub of FRESH (not frozen) chicken breast fillets 23. I popped in here this morning to be offered 5k of FROZEN fillets for 33!!! Now feel free to correct me if I’m wrong but feel this place is using the monopoly of abusing local residents. My advice is use the extra diesel/petrol and receive better, fresher produce from someone who at least smiles when they take your hard earned money!!!
