The atmosphere of the resort is like in Santorini, Greece. I love the structure and the architectural design. It is nice for famiky or honeymooners. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Cool place and overlooking Taal Lake.
This resort has friendly staff and lots of play time. They have a billiard room, heated swimming pool, regular swimming pool and hot tub. Peaceful views all around the resort. Water pressure is low and ants in your room. I recommend this for short stays.
The hotel is outdated. Not worth the price. Do not get rooms in the Santorini area. It's TOO far from the lobby. They have golf carts that can bring you to that area but it's only until 9pm. Beyond that then you'll have to walk. Room: There is a noticeble gap between the door and the door frame. The TV in the room is very small. The towels are old. The toiletries are so-so. The bathroom smelled odd. Water pressure was strong though. Communication: There is no network signal in the rooms and no WiFi either. WiFi is only available in the lobby and coffee shop. The landline to call the front desk sometimes doesn't work. View: No view from the veranda. You have to go outside and up the rooftop to see the amazing view. Menu: Doesn't look appetizing. Breakfast was okay, we had tapa and bacon at almost 300 pesos each. Staff: Friendly. I think this is the only redeeming factor of this hotel.
Great place to relax.#deluxefamilyroom
The place is generally okay. We only stayed overnight, which was a good thing because the air on was busted and it was way colder outside. The room smelled mouldy and activated my allergic rhinitis. We didn't bother to have our room changed because we were so tired and sleepy. On our way out to have dinner it as raining and the stairs from 03 leading to the lobby was wet and VERY SLIPPERY. My boyfriend slipped and went a few steps down, he was in great pain but no one was around to help us so we stayed there for a bit until he could walk. There was no signal in the room so we had to go out to get reception and it sucked that there was no internet. It was an ok stay but would never come back to this resort again.
Good place to relax. Staff are very warmth for accomodating guest. We enjoyed our stay but need some improvements on water heater and taste of food. Other than that nothing else.
It was okay. The entrance is not so nice but if you enter to their receiveing area, it was nice. Their rooms are divided into group of small houses. The admin building is where the conference room and dining was located. There were also rooms inside andba six ft 10m round pool. A few walks reveal rooms with balcony and a wide grassy area where outdoors activity may also be conducted. Next to it is a pool with landscapes and more rooms. Then once you reach the view of taal, they have rooms overlooking the lake next to starbucks in santorini style. A golf cart is available but walking would really hurt a bit as the slope of the mountain requires endurance.
