Bluekore was established by a group of highly experienced professionals who have been successfully engaging with customers around the globe (especially South East Asia) over the past 20 years. The philosophy that we all believe in, and has brought us together, is an uncomplicated, undiluted understanding of what it means to consult, distilled into a focused belief: Consult > Align > Deliver. We are in the business of providing technology solutions to our customers’ business problems. In other words, we bring a team of technology experts to deliver on a set of mutually aligned requirements, arrived at after a rigorous consulting process, between us and our customers. The aim is not to fit technology to the solution, but to arrive at a solution that best fits our customer needs, using technology that suits the purpose and our clients. Sticking to, and practicing, this simple and direct approach has been highly successful for us over the years. Customers have placed their trust, found it met, and have rewarded us by ensuring we (the people personally) are top of mind for applicable additional projects that come up in their organizations, regardless of the company we represent. This trust humbles us, and while we have grown in our experience and knowledge of all things new, it also ensures that we do not deviate from our focus of keeping the engagement simple and pleasant with our customers. We have worked with various industries in the technology domain. While we do have a good knowledge of the business challenges and have applied the same to solve these challenges for our customers, we do not profess to know the customers’ business better than the customer themselves. We still believe in applying our basic tenet and in arriving at solution(s) for our customer, working hand-in-hand with them. We align technology capabilities with customer business pains, thereby delivering a mutually agreed upon, predictable, desired outcome.
