Hi. I've compared your bank with the other banks when it comes to second hand cars and I placed your bank on top of my list. I've actually bought one from you five years ago when you were still located along C5. I could say that I was very much satisfied with the car and the service that your team gave. It's sad though that you have to move to Taguig. Going there is not as easy as before. May I suggest then that you ensure that your contact numbers are working and accessible. I thought of going today, which is a holiday, because your website didn't mention that it's closed but I thought of calling first. Unfortunately, it just kept on giving a recorded message that your number is unattended. I am seriously looking for another car within my budget because of a situation that arose and I felt that I would be able to count on you to meet my need. So it's quite a letdown not to be able to contact you. This might be trivial but I really feel that institutions like your bank possess a higher level of service standard because you are very much counted upon by people like us. If we get the phone working then I would give 6 stars. I wish you that you continue to be the car dealer by choice and that your business grows bigger. Thank you.
