I was there to have my car wheel aligned... the mechanics were whispering to each other like they were into something... Moments later they are telling me that they will aligned it but will not give me warranty... they are telling me already various things that is defective about my car and need to replace it first... Then they talk to the girl on the counter to make estimates about the ALLEGED defects.. Then they gave me estimates amounting to 18k plus.. When I said maybe later on when I have money then i will replace the defects..i told them to just do the wheel alignment for the moment.. In short they refuse because they are insisting me about the replacements..in short i left without my wheel aligned.. I am not targeting the shop but the EMPLOYEES here are unprofessional and like robbers. TAKE NOTE: I went to other auto shops and they aligned it without any problems and gave me 1month warranty and they result is very good with only worth less than 1k pesos..

You cant trust this repair shop. I asked for a quotation for radiator fan replacement, and they gave me 9k for each radiator fan, replacement parts only! 2 weeks ago my friend had her car repair in this shop. We have the same car, same model same brand, and same problem radiator fan. But the price they gave them, it's only 7500 each. So how can you trust this shop when they're giving you different price?? And how can you trust them that the parts they're using is really original? They're giving inconsistent statements!!!

Top Guys at Rapide. Excellent service from the auto mechanic handling my 60k PMS. The recommendations were reasonable, well justified, and I didn't feel I was getting ripped off. What impressed me most was that the mechanic seemed very comfortable to engage with me take me through the inspection. Even if you go here, you'll still need to head to an actual dealership if you need parts and repairs and from what I could tell they didn't do emissions testing. They still come recommended from me based on price, service and speed.
