Great place to have coffee. . Parking is just beside Mimi and bros. . But if you have a bigbike, can park at there own place. . But need to validate the ticket upon ordering. .

For some strange reason, about 90% of my visits to this branch, either via drive thru or dine in, is not so pleasant. From staff who don't listen well to your orders, or act impatiently towards you when making an order, to not so good tasting coffee, to an unpleasant smell coming from their comfort room, to customers inconsiderately sitting solo in a couch area and taking up such a big space to place their things, thereby hindering others from sharing the same area. The last time I visited (about mid March 2019) was another case in point. Guess they haven't improved on their own, or they haven't received any feedback. The only redeeming factor in my last visit was the courteous security guard.
Don’t you hate it when the person behind the counter asks for your order then talks to their fellow baristas right before you speak? They never failed to display such disrespect for all my visits. Adding to that the so-so taste of my coffee and the irritating flies that try to get a first of your food before you do.
Kinda hot in there. Seems like the A/C isn't working properly or not enough for such a big place. Perhaps they're in \savings mode\ too.
Need to train your crew to explain and excuse themselves for closing the counter window in your drive thru for security purposes. However, it is so rude for most of your crew to slam the window door at your customer after stating the amount, repeating the orders etc. We experienced this most of the time... don't you find this very rude and unfriendly to your customers?
