Went there on 20 March 2021 for EGR cleaning. The appointment process was hassle free. The scheduling assistant would send timely reminders for the appointment and give requirements for the visit. While the place is at this time still under renovation, you can't help but feel safe with everyone following strict pandemic protocols

Almost always jam-packed so to walk-in without an appointment is Ill advised. Air-conditioning is top notch, staffed by courteous people.
