Mark and his team installed a Ventis fireplace for our home remodel. We are extremely pleased with the function and beauty of the fireplace, and the service we received was phenomenal. Once our decision was made, the install was completed within a couple of weeks. Due to packaging, there were a couple of marks on the fireplace that needed touch up. Mark promptly sent us paint and ordered replacement handles for the door. From our experience, we highly recommend Hearth and Pool!
