The therapists are great if you can get past the front desk! I had therapy in 2018 with them and had good results. But receptionist couldnt give appointments for late afternoon and insisted my insurance wouldnt pay till my deductible was met. I had already paid my deductible and out of pocket maximum so insurance would have paid 100%. She argued with me about it so i am going elsewhere to get my therapy. All she had to do was call my insurance company.
