This internet is horrible, if you take anything online seriously don't get this internet. Its only good if you're using it solely for TV and still you will have to reset the router a couple times a day. Look elsewhere

The internet service was fine. What was not fine was them: 1) Keying in my contract date wrong and putting it two months over, making my cancellation fee even larger. 2) Admitting they did this after I provided my contract copy with the original date and saying there was absolutely nothing they could do. 3) The people in the physical office saying they could do something, making it seem like everything was resolved and I was now free from cancellation due to the paperwork I provided but 4) Slapping me still with the full cancellation fees for months I never signed up for in the first place. Do. Not. Use. Them. There are other Internet service providers in Tahlequah and every one of them is worth more than ten Tahlequah Cables.

Worst internet ever! Always having to reset my modern, always getting errors! They are lucky they’re the only provider we can get in my area!

This is the worst internet I have ever had in my entire life and on top of that, it’s OVER PRICED! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! Constantly haven’t to unplug the modern and reset everything for there to EVEN be a CHANCE for it to come back on. This is a joke.

An absolute disgrace of an ISP. For months I have called and complained about my terrible and let me emphasize, TERRIBLE latency issues! I have always been an avid gamer and latency (lag) is a killer.. With this ISP you’re going to experience LOTS of lag. So, if you’re a gamer, use video chat, or in need of any other form of technology that requires you to have low latency KEEP MOVING! Nothing but laggy, underperforming services here folks. Note: I’ve only had this service about 6 months and am already fed up.
