I purposely took the public transport to their Ubi branch to buy the biscuit for present, however it is out of stock. I checked with the staff if they know which branch still available stock so that I can go to the branch directly. The staff told me she don’t know and no point for her to call their branches to check 1 by 1. They is no service at all, why need physical shop?

Website info isn't updated! The shops are closed today, 300920, as the Moon Cakes were sold out. I called but no answer and thinking that the staff were busy with customers, I made my way to the shop and saw a written notice of closure pasted on its shutters.
