Black sesame Dan Dan noodles! 2 options - with or without soup. If you can’t take spicy, don’t worry you can choose from level 0-6. I got level 2 and it wasn’t spicy at all. So if you like yours with a kick I suggest upping the levels of spiciness and numbness.

Friendly staff, rich and filling noodles. Option to have it with or without soup and spiced to the level you like.

The best Szechuan style Dan Dan noodles I've ever had in Tokyo (and second best in all of Japan), served with plenty of meat. They're available with or without soup, and there's a choice of three soups. Also, you can choose spicyness level from 1-5. The soups are not that special, so I'd recommend to go without for the best flavor. Just mix it well, and enjoy. Oh, they offer paper aprons, and unless you want to lift the bowl up to your chin to eat, you'd be well advised to take it and wear it. Edit: 3 years later, they're not as great as they used to be anymore, but still a solid 4 stars. Instead of just the spicyness level, you can now pick the level (that is, amount) of chili oil and szechuan peppers separately. I actually preferred the previous system.
