This is the worst dining experience I ever have in Japan. I am very disappointed and angry, especially I used to admire Japan’s service quality. The service people was very unfriendly to foreigners. The dining time is limited in 90 minutes which we respect the rules. However, the restaurant should inform the customer the last order 20 minutes before the time is up. But, NO, nobody inform us AT ALL. After the last order time, all drinks is not complimentary anymore. They charge extra beverage fees without notify. The worst part is when the time is up, we still have a very few meats left, and the restaurant charge 500yen per person despite the number of children. We would be able to finish all the meats if they notify us ahead. I never ever want to come into this restaurant again.
