Those soup dumplings slapped! It's a thing to experience for sure. But there are so many unique and authentic dishes here, like the pork intestine dishes (found that I wasn't a huge fan of the cut but the dish as a whole was tasty). It was amusing seeing the lady's face when two young Caucasians (my girlfriend and I) and ordered one dish with intestines and one labeled as spicy. This is a place for the foodies.

Best Taiwanese restaurant in the east coast! (1) The staff was really kind and introduced some great dishes to us. (2) The soup dumping (xiaolongbao) was amazing! I would say it is equally good as the ones in Ding Tai Feng. (3) “Minced pork with chives steamed in black bean sauce” was definitely my favorite dish. It was savory and flavorful. The pork was very juicy and tender. (4) The sautéed string bean was very fresh and tasty. It was full of garlic aroma and I love this type of crispy style string bean.
The food here was amazing! Best wonton soup I ever had. Everything we had was fresh and so yummy! The food came out very fast. I would absolutely come back again!!!
Absolutely fantastic food! There were four of us, so we were able to order a variety of dishes, and appetizers. I was able to sample a lot of different menu items. All of it was yummy. Service was top notch, and there was Distancing. I cannot wait to go again!
We visited Taiwanese Bistro Cafe 33 by accident when we saw lots of people waiting to be seated outside. We were lucky that the wait wasn’t too bad since there were only 2 of us in our group. The owner was super friendly, attentive and made us feel home during our dinging there. The options on the menu were various and we had a hard time making the decisions. The food was amazingly authentic, delicious and much much better than any Taiwanese restaurants in NYC. Our favorite was the salted egg yolk fried pork chop, it was flavorful and juicy inside. Overall, Pittsburgh is too far to visit frequently but we will definitely dine here again if we are around.
