T’was my 2nd visit/check up earlier today, the doctor is terrible really. She can’t even hear you out, she turns her back while I’m still explaining. Is it maybe because I’m a foreigner! Gotta find another ENT clinic here in takasaki.

(English review follows) 耳に関する問題があったのでここに初めてに行きました。先生たちの皆が優しいです。私は説明が分からなかった時に、全然怒らないで何度も教えてくれました。ここのスタッフが外国語ができませんが、ちゃんと分かりやすい日本語で説明をします。そして、私の悩みや心配についてちゃんと聞いてくれて、安心できました。将来にまた耳に関する病気になったら、絶対にここに来ます。 I came here for the first time after getting an infection in my ear. The doctors and staff are so kind and wonderful. They patiently explained things to me again and again when I didn’t understand, and they never got angry because of the language barrier. They don’t seem to speak other languages but tried their best to explain things in easy Japanese for me when needed. They really listened to me when I explained what was wrong and helped me feel better about things I was worried about. I’d definitely recommend this clinic and will come back again if I ever have ear problems.

喉の不調で診察を依頼するも簡易な触診のみで終了(他院では内視鏡検査実施)。突発性難聴の既往歴を伝えると話題はそちらばかりになり、補聴器を薦め始めたり難聴治療薬の処方を言い出したり。20年前の難聴が今さら薬で治るはずもありませんし、補聴器を着けたいとは一言も伝えてません。 聴力測定の防音室は外に居る医師や看護師の声が丸聞こえで測定結果に疑問が残りました。
