Laws have been changed and it is recommended that onsen managers allow foreign customers with tattoos in due to the influx of travelers for the Olympics 2020 but this place obviously has not got the memo

Large onsen, fairly extensive rotemburo area with 6 or 7 pools/tub structures and some relaxation areas. Sauna, steam room and hydro pools inside. Gift shop and restaurant areas.
