I didn’t really like ramen before but then I went to this restaurant and now I’m in love, the combination of two different type of broths was amazing, I really miss their flavor now whenever I try to eat ramen at my country. I hope I could go back someday. Greetings from Mexico!

Expect long queue during lunch time. I waited for about half an hour but the ramen was worth the wait. Ordered Hida beef ramen bowl with 2 pieces and it was fantastic. The ramen soup was a bit salty for my taste but you can ask for soup to dilute it. The beef was really tender and it melted in my mouth. The noodle texture was perfect. Service was brief and welcoming. You can also order the chicken karaage for takeaway.

The best ramen so far during our trip in Japan. Nice place and nice people. I would definitely come back and strongly recommend it. We have walked in front of the restaurant at about 3 pm and they were already sold out. Delicious!

Some of the tastiest ramen I have had, thoroughly enjoyed the tomatoes they use quite a few of. The fried chicken had a slight tomato taste as well. The hida beef they used was minced yet delicious. They have both sesame based and soy based ramen.

If you’re in town scouting for Hida beef and finds that the shops are charging for an arm and a leg for small portions of beef, this is absolutely the right place to be! Order their special - Hida beef and Takayama ramen. One piece of beef is bigger than my face! The broth is the clear brown type with lots of beefy goodness. The sesame ramen is also good, the tomato fried chicken tastes just like any fried chicken
