This was my first wagyu experience and I can say it was just awesome. Can't describe how good it is. The restaurant is really cool but be aware of the lines.

This is my second time at this restaurant since last year January. I was really impressed with the most expensive menu (飛騨牛ロースまぶし) and decide to order the same thing this time. Unfortunately, the meat quality of the exact same menu is downgraded, less marbling and less juicy. Not to mention the rice and tea quality which is different from the one I had last year too. Hope the shop get back to the former standard again until my next visit.
Great place to try Hida beef yakiniku. Reasonable price, great service.
